My Name is Jason Parker and I am 39. I am a professional gymnastics coach with
over 20 years of competitive team experience. I have traveled and
coached in both regions 5 and region 8. I have produced state champion teams
consistently at all levels. I also have personally coached athletes who
received full athletic scholarships to division one schools.
My personal coaching philosophy is simply train the mind and the body follows.
Thru incorporating drills, journaling, and periodized conditioning,
exceptional results are achieved consistently.
I have a large 6' 3" 245 lb frame and this makes repetitive spotting
easier for me than most gymnastics coaches. My strength is my ability to
break-down and teach competitive gymnastics skills in a way that minimizes
fear.
