Seeking All-Star Coach/Director Position
I am a young, energetic male all-star cheerleading coach who has been involved with cheerleading for the past 9 years.  I have coached levels 2-5 and I am capable and comfortable with coaching and spotting tumbling of all levels.  This will be my fourth year coaching and I am ready to expand myself and I feel that moving to another gym will help this to happen.  I ,also, have experience coaching high school teams and jump/flexibility classes.  I have acted as Program Director for the past year and a half.  I am not necessarily looking to be a director, but being close to full-time would be desired.  I am USASF certified Levels 1-5.  I have a fantastic resume ready for you!

My Name is Jason Parker and I am 39. I am a professional gymnastics coach with over 20 years of competitive team experience.  I have traveled and coached in both regions 5 and region 8. I have produced state champion teams consistently at all levels.  I also have personally coached athletes who received full athletic scholarships to division one schools.  
My personal coaching philosophy is simply train the mind and the body follows. Thru incorporating drills, journaling, and periodized conditioning, exceptional results are achieved consistently.
I have a large 6' 3" 245 lb frame and this makes repetitive spotting easier for me than most gymnastics coaches.  My strength is my ability to break-down and teach competitive gymnastics skills in a way that minimizes fear.

The Tumbling Coach YOUR team NEEDS!
My name is Alvin Davis Jr., and I am currently a Finance graduate student at Michigan State University.  I have developed an intensive, well-tested training plan for cheerleaders/teams looking to maximize their tumbling.  I am a former competitive power tumbler and all-around gymnasts.  I am the tumbling coach for Michigan State competitive cheerleaders as well as a few area high schools.

The coaching philosophy I subscribe to is  train the mind and the body follows.   I incorporate a mental toughness program, a per-iodized conditioning program, and daily journaling to accomplish established goals.  
This mental toughness program uses progressive drilling and specific word cues to provoke and automated action.  I believe in consistent repetition within the limits of each athlete s physical and mental tolerance.  I incorporate skill specific drills to increase repetition while minimizing wear and tear on the athlete.
